The challenge
Bekk needed to extend its capacity with an offshore team, without losing the design quality, code standards and delivery rhythm its clients expect.

Led the technical architecture of the applications, working with Bekk’s consultants on design decisions and integrations.

Led a .NET team in India that worked as one team with the consultants in Norway, with shared standards and code reviews.

Built ASP.NET MVC portals and WCF services, and integrated them with the enterprise systems around them.
