AgileLancer Infotech ("AgileLancer", "we") is a partnership firm registered in India (GSTIN 03ACLFA0484D1ZT), with its registered place of business at Quark Atrium, Plot No. A-45, Industrial Focal Point, Phase VIII-B, Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab 160059, India. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

We only collect what you choose to send us, and the minimum our hosting needs to keep the site secure:

• Contact form: your name, work email, company (optional), the service you are interested in and a short description of the problem you want to solve.
• Emails and calls: whatever you share with us when you contact us directly.
• Server logs: your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
• To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.
• Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process the data you submit with your consent, which you give by sending the form and can withdraw at any time.

We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

• Microsoft Azure (Static Web Apps and Azure Functions): hosting of this website and the contact form.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): delivery of the contact form email to our team.
• Unsplash: one photo on this page is loaded from the Unsplash image service, which receives your IP address when it loads.

These providers act on our instructions and are bound by data processing terms. Some of them may process data outside your country; where data leaves the EU/EEA or the UK, it is protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep project correspondence for as long as the contract and applicable law require. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw your consent. Email us and we will respond within one month.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Swedish IMY, the Norwegian Datatilsynet, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, or the Data Protection Board of India. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

The website is served over HTTPS with strict security headers. Our email service key is stored only on the server, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it.
