Senior Product Owner

Own the product direction for client platforms in Europe, the Middle East and the US. You turn business goals into a clear roadmap and a backlog our engineers can deliver, and you are the person clients trust to say what we should build next, and why.

What you will do

  • Work directly with client founders, product leaders and stakeholders to understand goals, users and constraints.
  • Own the roadmap and backlog: write clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, and keep priorities sharp.
  • Identify where AI genuinely adds value in an existing product, and shape those features with our engineers.
  • Run planning, refinement and review with the team, and demo working software every week.
  • Measure outcomes after release and use the data to decide what comes next.

What you bring

  • 10+ years in software, including at least 5 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager on SaaS products.
  • A track record of shipping products used by real customers, ideally for clients in Europe, the Middle East or the US.
  • Strong Agile and Scrum practice, with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Clear written and spoken English, and the confidence to challenge a requirement when it does not serve the goal.
  • Enough technical understanding to discuss APIs, data and architecture trade-offs with engineers.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI products: assistants, RAG, agents or workflow automation.
  • CSPO, PSPO or SAFe certification.
  • A background in analytics, event, health-care or energy platforms.

Senior .NET & AI Engineer

Build AI into production software that clients already depend on. You design and ship .NET services on Azure, and add RAG, agents and LLM features that are secure, observable and worth what they cost.

What you will do

  • Design and build APIs and services in C# and .NET, hosted on Azure.
  • Add AI features to existing products: retrieval over documents and data (RAG), tool-calling agents and natural-language search.
  • Choose and evaluate models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama) on Azure AI Foundry, with clear quality and cost measures.
  • Write automated tests, review code, and keep pipelines, monitoring and security in good shape.
  • Work directly with client teams, explain trade-offs clearly, and mentor other engineers.

What you bring

  • 8+ years of professional software development, mostly in C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server).
  • Hands-on experience building with LLMs: Azure OpenAI or similar, embeddings and vector search, prompt and tool design.
  • Solid Microsoft Azure experience: App Service or Functions, storage, Key Vault, Application Insights, CI/CD.
  • Good habits: clean code, automated tests, code reviews and secure handling of data.
  • Clear written and spoken English for working directly with international clients.

Nice to have

  • Semantic Kernel, LangChain or Microsoft Agent Framework; MCP servers.
  • React or TypeScript front ends; Python for data and AI work.
  • Microsoft certifications such as Azure Developer (AZ-204) or Azure AI Engineer (AI-102).
